Nasir was seen running towards Spartacus and told him that Crixus was decimating the Romans. Spartacus just arrived on time in saving Laeta from being executed. Crixus encouraged Spartacus to kill Laeta which he believed will make the rebels unite and Spartacus believed to that logic. But, he never killed Laeta, just turn around and face Crixus telling him ... he will not see himself and his men become the very thing they are fighting against. He scolded Crixus for his actions and even emitted aspersions on his leadership abilities. Spartacus then told some of his men to move the Romans to his villa to make sure of their safety.
